Have you given or heard the excuses for not showing up for their workout session or for not starting it?? Everyone does that at some point in his/her life. We are talking about some of the lamest of excuses we know …
TOO COLD/TOO HOT OUTSIDE
Really!! That’s your excuse!! We are humans and our body is designed by the almighty to adjust according to the the temperature and adapt to it. If it’s too extreme outside, you can always go to the indoor gymnasium and indoor sports complexes for getting your muscle pump.
I AM SORE TO THE CORE
Now that’s the reason you should be jumping away and start exercising. It won’t get better if you ll not continue your workout routine rather it’ll get worsen. Continuing exercise is the only way of overcoming the muscular soreness you have developed after your initial workout sessions.
I’M ON MY BEST DIET
Isn’t that the reason you should be doing exercises more efficiently to yield much more positive results. Only diet doesn’t get you away with getting in shape if you are not exercising in a regular manner. YOU EAT GOOD, YOU EXERCISE BETTER!!!
If this is the excuse you are giving every time and not starting to workout then trust me you will never get time to start. There is no such time or a day to start working out, just start it. Do this and I can assure you’ll not regret or ignore it and regret later in life..
I’LL START TOMORROW
Why not today?? What is the delay?? Waiting for a unicorn to show up on rainbow??
That tomorrow will never come if you will keep pushing the days of starting your workout. It’s your body that you need to take care of, otherwise doctors and physios will have to do the needful for you in your later years.
Note: People suffering from systemic ailments should consult their Physio and Physician about workout options they are allowed to perform.
Quit being lame with excuses and get regular with your exercises!!!
